Actual January the 6th

Well, I've decided if I miss a day, I'll just do it the next day instead.  Surprise, surprise, I missed my first day back at work.  Here's the problem with having a job....it actually leaves no time for my hobbies!  

So my good stuff from yesterday: I am a co-chair of the kids' school parent council.  I love to be involved in stuff like this.  I like to be 'in the know' at school and I love making a difference in the school.  Anyway, so far this year we've had 2 successful fundraisers, with even more on the way.  We have a great committee, filled with amazing and enthusiastic people.  I am so glad to have this opportunity to be involved!  And I am proud of what we have accomplished so far!
